Overview

The Brackenheim Wine Village 2025 took place at the end of June on the market square, confirming the town's position as Württemberg's red wine capital. Once again, Brackenheim vintners presented their vineyards, Maultaschen and Gaißburger Marsch heralded the Swabian cuisine, and the format attracted visitors from the Zabergäu and the wider Heilbronn-Stuttgart region. A Theodor Heuss Town with active wine culture.

Wine Village 2025 — Tried and Tested Tradition

The Wine Village was also a success in 2025. The Brackenheim Wine Cooperative presented its vintage wines, and family wineries like Heid and St. Annagarten showcased their top vineyards. The early summer weather was favorable — sunny, warm, ideal for open-air wine tasting.

The Theodor Heuss Town once again attracted politically and historically interested visitors in 2025: the Heuss birthplace opened for special tours during the Wine Village, and the town highlighted the connection between South German wine culture and the tradition of liberal German democracy — a connection that becomes tangible in Brackenheim.
