Overview
The 2025 Boulevard Gevelsberg offered three days of city festival atmosphere on Mittelstraße. Live bands, street artists, artisans, and restaurateurs provided a classic Bergisch city festival with a Sunday of open shops and thousands of visitors from the Bergisches Land and the Ruhr area. ProCity Gevelsberg e.V. once again organized the event.
In 2025, Gevelsberg's Mittelstraße once again transformed into a promenade. The event, established in 2009, confirmed its appeal — the Boulevard is an important date in the event calendar of the Ennepe-Ruhr district.
The Sunday with open shops increased visitor numbers, and the shops reported a positive outcome. The mix of a city festival and a retail promotion has proven to be a successful concept.
