Edition 2025 — Marksmen's Festival Borgfeld
From August 22 to 25, 2025, Borgfeld celebrated its four-day Marksmen's Festival on the festival grounds at Hamfhofsweg. The opening on Friday, August 22, at 7 PM was the beer tapping ceremony with DJ Music Station, followed by the lantern parade at 8 PM with the Junge Orchester Wilstedt.
On Saturday, the free children's festival started at 3 PM in the festival tent, along with the youth marksmen's competition for those aged ten to seventeen. The public marksmen's competition followed on Monday from 5 PM in the shooting hall. Tent admission cost €10 each on Friday and Saturday; discount vouchers were included in the festival program distributed to households. The festival grounds included the festival tent, the Ernst-Klüver-Halle, and the Schützenplatz at Hamfhofsweg 4. The organizer was the Borgfeld Marksmen's Guild of 1957 e.V.
