Overview

The 41st Bootshausfest of DJK Kleinwallstadt took place from July 19th to 21st, 2025, at the boathouse on Rohestraße. Three days of dragon boat, canoe, and cardboard boat races, live music, and beer garden atmosphere attracted numerous visitors from the region.

For its 41st edition, DJK Kleinwallstadt once again invited guests for three days of boat festival on the Main river. The program included dragon boat races, canoe competitions, and the traditional Wällschter Pappbootrennen, where young people, school classes, and families competed with self-built boats.

The sporting program was accompanied by live music, a festival tent with Franconian cuisine, a Sunday morning pint ('Frühschoppen'), and activities for families right by the jetty. The romantic setting under shady oak trees once again shaped the atmosphere.
