At the Blaues Band vom Strelasund 2025, crews sailed from Stralsund to Neuendorf on Hiddensee on the first weekend in August. As in previous years, in addition to various boat classes, Zeesboote were also present, giving the distance race its characteristic appearance.
The Blaues Band vom Strelasund took place in 2025, as tradition dictates, on the first weekend in August. The distance race led from the Hanseatic city of Stralsund across the Strelasund to the island of Hiddensee. In addition to the classic boat classes, the Zeesboot class with its brown sails once again participated. The organisers were the Maritime Verein Stralow e.V. and Seesport Stralsund. The regatta confirmed its firm place in the maritime summer calendar of the Vorpommern-Rügen district.
