Overview

In 2025, the Blankeneser Straßenfest once again invited visitors to Bahnhofstraße up to Elbchaussee. Around 90 stalls, a stage programme by Hamburg music schools, children's activities, sports demonstrations, a flea market, and food trucks with Elbe river views gathered families from western Hamburg and the entire Hanseatic city. The festival once again confirmed its reputation as one of Hamburg's most charming neighbourhood festivals.

The 2025 edition continued the annual tradition: a neighbourhood festival on Blankeneser Bahnhofstraße with around 90 stalls and several stages. The organiser was BLANKENESE Interessen-Gemeinschaft e.V. – supported by local retailers and community life.

With free admission and eleven hours of programming, the festival attracted numerous visitors to the Altona district. The combination of its maritime location on the Elbe slope and Hamburg's neighbourhood culture once again made the 2025 street festival a firm fixture in the summer calendar.
