Bird Watching Tours Beltringharder Koog

The 2025 season continued the established educational and awareness programme of the Schutzstation Wattenmeer at the Beltringharder Koog. For seven months, nature enthusiasts from Germany and abroad could participate in bird watching tours — adapted to the seasonally changing bird diversity of the Koog.

The Beltringharder Koog once again confirmed its status as one of the most important birdwatching hotspots on the northern German mainland coast. In spring, tens of thousands of Brent geese rested here again, and in autumn, thousands of waders were observed.
