Overview
The 2025 Biikebrennen in Niebüll-Deezbüll followed the usual pattern with a torchlight procession, Biike bonfire, and the traditional Biike speech. The Karrharde fanfare band and the Niebüll band accompanied the procession from Niebüll Town Hall Square to the Biikeplatz Deezbüll. Afterwards, residents and guests gathered in local restaurants for the traditional kale supper.
Biikebrennen 2025
The 2025 edition took place, as every year, on the evening of February 21st. Several hundred participants lined the torchlight procession, the fire at the Biikeplatz Deezbüll burned high into the February sky, and the Biike speech addressed current North Frisian topics. The tradition remains alive — generation after generation.
