Edition 2025 — Biedermeier Summer

The 18th Biedermeier Summer Market took place on July 5th and 6th, 2025, on Werben's market square — again with over 30 costumed traders, stork tours, music, and theatre from the 19th century.

The 2025 edition continued the proven concept: over 30 stalls on the market square, traders and craftspeople in Biedermeier costume, music and theatre of the era, stork tours, church tours, and a children's play street. Werben's cafés (Lämpel, Commandeurhaus, Choir Café) provided the culinary accompaniment with regional specialities.

Programme

July 5–6, 2025

Saturday 12 PM–7 PM: Main market with opening programme, stork tour, theatre, concert
Sunday 11 AM–5 PM: Market with choir concert, children's play street, festival conclusion
Gastronomy: Werbener Weiße, Johannesgold beer, tarte flambée, soups, cakes
