The 26th BIE-Happy Spring Fair 2025 continued Bielefeld's showman event as Ostwestfalen's most important spring Volksfest (popular festival). Nine days of programming at the Radrennbahn, a spectacular firework display, Family Day, and Happy Hour — the tradition attracted thousands of visitors from Bielefeld and the entire OWL region.
The 26th edition in 2025 confirmed BIE-Happy as the region's central spring fair. A complete Volksfest (popular festival) program over nine days.
