Overview

The 72nd Upper Franconian District Marksmen's Day took place on May 17 and 18, 2025, in Bad Rodach, organized by SG Bad Rodach. The venue was the Gerold-Strobel-Halle (Schloßplatz 2, 96476 Bad Rodach). Premiere: for the first time, a 1st Upper Franconian District Marksmen's Ball was held the evening before. Proclamation of the new District Marksmen Kings: Oliver Schulz (SV Creidlitz, 5.78 Teiler) as District Marksmen King, Paul Blösch (Freischütz Hausen, 13.9 Teiler) as District Youth King. The 73rd edition in 2026 was awarded to Münchberg.

72nd District Marksmen's Day 2025 in Bad Rodach

With Bad Rodach, SG, one of the most traditional Upper Franconian marksmen's clubs, hosted the 72nd District Marksmen's Day. The premiere of the 1st Upper Franconian District Marksmen's Ball on the eve was positively received by the delegates' assembly and is set to become a regular tradition from 2026 onwards.

Proclamations 2025

Oliver Schulz from SV Creidlitz was proclaimed District Marksmen King with a score of 5.78 Teiler. Paul Blösch from Freischützen Hausen received the title of District Youth King with 13.9 Teilern. Both will hold their titles until the 73rd District Marksmen's Day in Münchberg in 2026.
