Overview
2025 was a year of preparation for the Musikverein Wald for the grand anniversary festival in 2026. While the club's regular concerts and performances continued – spring concert, appearances at local festivals, accompanying church and club events – intensive organizational preparations for the District Music Festival were underway. The association contacted the headliner bands, planned the logistics for the festival weekend, the parade route, catering, and the involvement of the district music associations. The youth work of the Musikverein Wald, in collaboration with the Musikverein Sauldorf, was also a focus of the year – the Sauldorf-Wald Youth Orchestra will perform at the 2026 festival service.
