Overview
The 8th edition of the Berlin Watersports Festival Grünau took place at the end of June 2025 on the historic regatta course. Three days of sport, festival, boat ballet, and taster courses made the Berlin watersports weekend once again one of the most important summer events in the Treptow-Köpenick district. Affordable admission: €3 adults, €1 children.
The 2025 edition also utilized the spectacular backdrop of the 1880 Olympic regatta course for its combination of competitive sport, exhibition, and festival. Taster courses for sailing, rowing, and canoeing were fully booked, as every year, and the school sports day on Friday brought together Berlin school classes from several districts. The lake stage with live music and the boat ballet performances at sunset are among the most visually striking Berlin summer moments.
