Overview

The 2025 Bergische Tanztage took place on February 8th and 9th at the KulturForumBurscheid. Again, around 800 dancers from all over Germany competed in the disciplines Folklore, Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Lyrical Dance, HipHop, Showdance, and Open across the four age groups. An established platform for ambitious amateur dancers.

Bergische Tanztage 2025

In 2025, the competition weekend in Burscheid once again attracted hundreds of active dancers and their families to the KulturForum. The jury judged solos, duos, and groups in eight disciplines — the spectrum ranged from Mini Kids ballet solos to 20-member adult show formations.

The concept by Ballettschule Modern Movement and the association Burscheid Live e.V. has proven successful since 2019: a compact two-day event, fair age divisions, a professional jury — and the atmosphere of a lively family competition that resonates far beyond the Bergisches Land region.
