The 11th Bavarian Onion Market took place on October 12 and 13, 2024, in the old town of Beilngries. On both days, the main street transformed into a colorful gourmet market centered around the onion, featuring culinary specialties, a farmers' market, arts and crafts, and an open shopping Sunday.
The 11th edition of the Bavarian Onion Market on October 12 and 13, 2024, attracted numerous visitors to the old town of Beilngries. Along the main street, stallholders presented onion cake, onion rolls, onion steak, and onion bratwurst, as well as farmers' market produce and arts and crafts.
Market music and demonstrations accompanied the weekend, and on Sunday, the shops in the old town also opened for an open shopping day. As always, admission was free.
