Overview

The Baunach Kirchweih 2025 was celebrated as usual from Friday to Monday in July. The raising of the Kirchweih tree, a parade by the town band, Franconian food and drink, the FC Baunach beer garden, and an amusement park characterized the four-day festival.

In 2025, the Baunach Kirchweih once again attracted numerous visitors to the town in the Bamberg district over four days. It began with the traditional raising of the Kirchweih tree by the volunteer fire department and a parade from the fire station featuring the Baunach town band, the town council, and local clubs to the Zehntscheune.

The innkeepers offered Franconian and international specialties, FC Baunach operated its beer garden, and the amusement park provided fun rides. The family afternoon on Monday, with reduced prices for rides, traditionally concluded the Kerwa.
