The 14th edition of the Bamberg Wine Festival took place from June 5 to 9, 2025, on Maximiliansplatz. The festival was opened on Thursday evening by Mayor Andreas Starke together with Franconian Wine Queen Antonia Kraiß, a 22-year-old vintner from Nordheim am Main.

As always, wineries Behringer (Abtswind), Biegner (Prichsenstadt), Goger (Sand am Main), and Schmitt (Bergtheim) were present, complemented by the Silvaner from Bamberg's Stiftsgarten. The live bands on the Maxplatz stage spanned the musical spectrum from the 60s to current hits, with sipping and swaying explicitly part of the program. Free admission, Whitsun weekend, good weather over the five festival days.
