In 2025, Bamberg zaubert celebrated its 25th edition. The International Street and Variety Festival once again transformed Bamberg's Old Town into a stage for magic, acrobatics, comedy, music, and fire shows for three days – as usual, with free admission.
25th International Street and Variety Festival
The 2025 edition marked the 25th anniversary of Bamberg zaubert. For several days, street artists from around the world performed on numerous stages in the Old Town, offering magic, acrobatics, juggling, comedy, music, and spectacular fire shows.
As in previous years, the program was family-friendly, with dedicated activities for children. Admission was free; artists financed themselves through the audience's hat money. The anniversary underscored the festival's importance to the Franconian event summer.
