Edition 2025 — Marktfest Bad Lobenstein
The 47th Bad Lobenstein Market Festival in 2025 once again enlivened the spa town in the Saale-Orla district. Three days of festivities across multiple locations, bands from the region, regional cuisine, and club presentations attracted visitors from Eastern Thuringia, the Vogtland, and Upper Franconia. The festival reaffirmed its reputation as the town's most important summer event — a tradition spanning almost 50 years.
Bad Lobenstein Market Festival 2025
The 47th edition in 2025 continued the established format: multiple venues (Market Square, Spa Park, ARDESIA-Therme, Angling Club pond), bands from Eastern Thuringia, Saxony, and the Vogtland region, regional cuisine, and club stalls. The town of Bad Lobenstein coordinated the program with local clubs — a community-based festival tradition that has shaped the cultural life of the spa town since the late 1970s.
