The Bad Doberan Town Festival 2025 took place from June 27 to 29 on the festival meadow at the monastery grounds. Three days of entertainment, music, and amusement rides with tribute acts, folk music, children's theatre, magic shows, dance performances, and DJ parties.

Tribute acts and folk music ensembles performed on several stages; during the day, the family programme with children's theatre, magic shows, and dance performances by local music schools was the focus. DJ parties on Friday and Saturday evenings extended the programme into the night. Amusement ride operators with carousels and rides, market vendors, and caterers accompanied the weekend. Free admission to the festival grounds.
