Overview

The Ayinger Bräu-Kirta 2025 continued the brewery festival tradition of over 50 years in the beer village of Aying. Five festival days around the second weekend in October with a festival tent, brass band music, traditional costume flea market, traditional ox race, a large farmers' and arts and crafts market, and the Ayinger private brewery's open house.

Bräu-Kirta 2025 in Aying

In 2025, the Ayinger Bräu-Kirta once again attracted tens of thousands of visitors from the southern Munich commuter belt, the Schliersee region, and Upper Bavaria in general to the small beer village of Aying. The private brewery Ayinger organized the festival in its usual format with a festival tent at the Maypole, brass band music from the region, a traditional costume flea market, an ox race on Saturday, and a farmers' market on Sunday.

The brewery's open house was again one of the most popular program points — the opportunity to visit a working private brewery during its ongoing operations is a rarity in Bavaria. The kettle meat feast at the festival's conclusion traditionally rounded off the festival week.
