Overview
In 2025, the Augsburger Christkindlesmarkt once again transformed Rathausplatz into a festive town of stalls during Advent. The highlight was the Angel Play, where 23 angels turned the town hall facade into a living Advent calendar.
The 2025 edition took place, as usual, during Advent on Augsburg's Rathausplatz. Festively decorated stalls offered handicrafts, regional specialties, and mulled wine against the historic backdrop of the town hall.
The traditional Angel Play, held every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 6 PM, along with the appearance of the Christkind on Christmas Eve Eve, once again attracted numerous visitors to the Swabian Fugger city.
