Overview

The Auer Maidult 2025 took place from April 26 to May 4 at Mariahilfplatz, attracting Munich residents and day-trippers from the surrounding area as it does every year. Around 250 stalls, the historic Ferris wheel from 1925, and the typical Auer culinary specialties characterized the nine market days in Au-Haidhausen.

The 229th Maidult 2025 proceeded in its usual tradition: nine days of market, rides, and Bavarian conviviality on Mariahilfplatz. It opened on Saturday, April 26, and concluded on Sunday, May 4.

The stalls offered the usual assortment of crockery, pottery, antiques, basketry, and household goods. Culinary highlights included "Steckerlfisch," roast chicken, and "Schupfnudeln," accompanied by Bavarian beer served at several taverns. As always, reduced ride prices applied on Family Tuesday.

In conjunction with the Dult, concerts and services were held in the Mariahilfkirche — a tradition that has been part of the Maidult for decades.
