Overview

The 64th Auer Hopfenfest 2025 celebrated the hop culture of the Hallertau in Au. Festival host Josef Siebler put together a music program with local groups and ensembles. The program included the beer tapping in the Schlossbiergarten, the parade to the Hopfenhalle, performances by the Hallertau Hop Queen Johanna Reith with Vice-Hop Queen Daniela Krüger and Hop Princess Nadine Weber, an afternoon for seniors with the youth band of the Marktkapelle Au, and the sixth Holledauer Radltag.

The 64th edition in 2025 continued the long-standing tradition of the Auer Hopfenfest. Festival host Josef Siebler organized the music program with local groups. The Hallertau Hop Queen Johanna Reith, along with her court, represented the festival. The sixth Holledauer Radltag offered various tours through the Hallertau, and the afternoon for seniors was accompanied by the youth band of the Marktkapelle Au.

With the beer tapping in the Schlossbiergarten, the parade to the Hopfenhalle, and traditional elements, the festival reaffirmed its firm place in the festival calendar of the Hallertau and the Freising district.
