Edition 2025 — Jakobidult
The Jakobidult 2025 took place from late July to early August at Mariahilfplatz. Nine days of strolling market with 250 stalls, the traditional crockery section, antiques, farmhouse furniture, amusement rides, and beer garden atmosphere characterized, as every year, the summer edition of Munich's oldest market. Organizer: City of Munich.
The Jakobidult 2025 continued the established format: nine festival days at Mariahilfplatz in the Au district, around 250 market stalls with the characteristic Auer Dult assortment of household goods, antiques, farmhouse furniture, toys, and traditional costume accessories.
The crockery section with porcelain, stoneware, and ceramics remained the highlight for bargain hunters; the amusement rides and beer garden stalls provided visitors with Steckerlfisch, Brathendl, and pretzels. Admission was free, and Family Day on Tuesday offered reduced carousel prices. The organizer remained the Events Office of the City of Munich.
