Overview

The Asperger Stadtfest 2025 took place as usual on the last weekend of July on the market square and church square below the Hohenasperg. The Asperg clubs — led by the Stadtkapelle Asperg with its traditional meatloaf stand — provided catering and live music. A weekend full of club life, Swabian specialties, and summer atmosphere right under the Swabian Bastille.

The 2025 town festival also ran at its usual high standard: At the end of July, the Asperg clubs set up their stalls on the market square and church square and provided visitors with Swabian specialties. The Stadtkapelle Asperg continued its tradition with the meatloaf stand; in addition, sports and church community clubs shaped the culinary offerings.

Live music on the market square stage, a small children's program, and the usual cozy end on Sunday evening rounded off the weekend. For years, the town festival has established itself as Asperg's most important summer festival — a sure bet in a busy event calendar between Ludwigsburg, Stuttgart, and Marbach am Neckar.
