Overview

The 25th Asparagus Festival in Grimmelfingen took place on May 24 and 25, 2025, at Schmiedackergasse 12. The Music and Singing Association Ulm-Grimmelfingen e.V. served Swabian asparagus specialties all weekend long, creating the warm, friendly club atmosphere for which the festival has been known for a quarter of a century.

At the 25th anniversary Asparagus Festival in 2025 in Grimmelfingen, regular guests from all over Ulm and Neu-Ulm gathered to enjoy Swabian asparagus in its finest form. The members of MGV Ulm-Grimmelfingen served their guests asparagus schnitzels, asparagus soups, and classic asparagus dishes with hollandaise sauce on Saturday and Sunday. Fresh asparagus from Spargelhof Thumm, regional wines, and local beer made the weekend a culinary highlight in May. Choir performances and live music by association members created the typically warm atmosphere that distinguishes a village club festival from commercial events.
