Edition 2025 — City Festival Aschaffenburg
The Aschaffenburg City Festival 2025 took place from August 29 to 31 in its 37th edition. As usual, numerous stages transformed the city center around Johannisburg Castle into a festival mile with a diverse live program from rock and pop to jazz, cabaret, and dance music – one of the largest city festivals in Lower Franconia.
At the Aschaffenburg City Festival 2025 (37th edition, August 29–31), numerous stages in the city center and old town once again dominated the scene. More than 80 local and regional bands, orchestras, and artists presented music and cabaret against the backdrop of Johannisburg Castle.
Clubs, restaurateurs, and cultural groups from the region contributed to the festival; catering stands with Franconian delicacies and international cuisine lined the alleys. The festival once again attracted tens of thousands of visitors from Lower Franconia and the Rhine-Main area.
