Overview
The AOK MainCityRun 2025 took place as planned at the Baggersee in Schweinfurt – the 4th edition of the running event by TG 48 Schweinfurt. The half marathon, 10-kilometer run, company run, school runs, and mini-run formed the usual program.
The 4th AOK MainCityRun 2025 was the first edition after the permanent relocation from the city center to the Baggersee in Schweinfurt. TG 48 Schweinfurt once again offered a wide range of distances with a half marathon, a 10-kilometer run, a 5 km company run, school runs, and a mini-run.
The flat, fast Baggersee course was positively received by both runners and organizers and laid the foundation for the 2026 expansion to include Special Olympics classification in the school runs.
