Overview

In 2025, AnnenMayKantereit played only a few concerts as the band worked on their 2026 studio album. Henning May also released several solo projects, while Christopher Annen and Severin Kantereit were involved in studio sessions. SparkassenPark Mönchengladbach did not host an AnnenMayKantereit show.

The band used 2025 as a studio year following the sold-out Cologne stadium show in 2023 and the extensive 2024 tour. The preparation for the 2026 tour with the new album meant a deliberate break from performing; isolated festival slots on European stages were the only live dates in 2025. The sold-out Mönchengladbach concert in 2026 marks the official return to touring.
