Overview
The Animany Convention 2025 brought together the anime and manga scene of the Cologne-Bonn region for a weekend at the Motorworld Cologne. Over 5,000 visitors immersed themselves in a program of cosplay competition, voice actor panels, concerts, gaming, and an after-convention party.
Review 2025
As in previous years, the two-stage concept of Animany 2025 ran smoothly: The Main Stage hosted concerts and the cosplay competition, while the Party Stage with karaoke and Just Dance appealed to the younger crowd. Dealer booths, Artist Alley, and the gaming area were spread throughout the hall.
Community in Focus
As always, cosplayers shaped the image of the convention — from beginners to competition participants. The free professional photo service was one of the most utilized offerings over the two days.
