Edition 2025 — Anglerfest
The Anglerfest Hafenlohr 2025 took place on the first Sunday in July at the 'Anker' community and club house. As usual, the ASV Hafenlohr served freshly grilled trout and smoked carp from its own club waters, along with a marquee event featuring Franconian beer, local Franconian cuisine, and convivial gatherings in the small Main Spessart village.
As every first Sunday in July, the ASV Hafenlohr opened the 'Anker' community house in 2025 for its traditional club festival. The culinary concept remained unchanged: freshly caught fish from the club's own waters, grilled or smoked on site – trout, carp, pike, eel.
The marquee kitchen served Franconian specialties, Franconian beer was served fresh from the tap; in the afternoon, there was homemade cake. The organizer remained the Angelsportverein Hafenlohr e.V., admission was free. The small, family-like atmosphere on the Main Spessart has been the hallmark of the festival for years.
