Overview
The 2025 Leuchtturm-Tage were marked by the 150th anniversary of the Amrum Lighthouse. From June 4th to 6th, 2025, the tower was open for extended hours (9:00 AM–4:00 PM), and the festival area in Wittdün offered market stalls, live music with Danny Guitar, and the traditional children's drawing competition with attractive island prizes.
The anniversary year 2025 commemorated the 150 years since the lighthouse was commissioned in 1875. AmrumTouristik organized an expanded program with special guided tours, historical exhibitions on lighthouse technology, and a festive opening ceremony. The tradition of the Leuchtturm-Tage was thus continued for the 16th time — and at the same time, the foundation was laid for the 17th edition in 2026.
