The Altweiler Christmas Market 2025 took place from November 28th to 30th at Lindenplatz, once again confirming its established tradition. 42 exhibitors offered a diverse range from handcrafted wood and leather goods to culinary specialties — raclette, sausages, mulled wine, punch. The historic ensemble of Stapflehus, Museum, and the old Protestant church once again provided the unique backdrop.
Edition 2025 — Established Market Tradition
The 2025 market ran from the Friday evening of the 1st Advent weekend until Sunday evening. With cold but sunny Advent weather, there was a good atmosphere on Lindenplatz — regular visitors from Weil, Lörrach, and Basel, as well as increasingly tourists from Alsace and Switzerland. The mix of artisanal diversity, culinary offerings, and the intimate historic setting once again met expectations.
