The Altstadtfest Seßlach 2025 continued the medieval festival tradition. Three days of program with a city run, flea market, arts and crafts, archery on the moats, and live music filled the half-timbered old town again after a break.

2025 Retrospective

As documented by the Neue Presse Coburg, the Altstadtfest returned to the medieval town of Seßlach in 2025 after a break. Archery on the moats, a flea market, artisan galleries, a city run, and beer tapping characterized the weekend. The festival is considered one of the most atmospheric town festivals in the Coburg region and Upper Franconia.
