The 2025 edition of the Obernburg Altstadtfest followed the proven concept: two days of live music on several stages, traditional Frühschoppen on Sunday morning, and a family program by the Obernburg clubs in the historic Roman city on the Main.
The 2025 Altstadtfest once again brought tens of thousands of visitors to the narrow, medieval old town of Obernburg. Bands played simultaneously on several stages between the Oberes Tor and Unteres Tor, local clubs served food and drinks at their stands, and on Sunday morning, the town's community gathered for the Frühschoppen with brass music. The mix of Roman-medieval backdrop, summery riverside location, and vibrant club culture has shaped the festival for decades.
