Overview
In July 2025, the Altstadtfest Burgkunstadt once again took place over three days on the historic market square. An opening open-air concert, stage programs by local associations, and Market Sunday formed the backbone of the event.
The 2025 Altstadtfest once again drew visitors from the entire Lichtenfels district to the half-timbered center of Burgkunstadt. The music association opened on Friday, local dance groups and party bands performed on Saturday and Sunday. On Market Sunday, shops open late and vendor stalls complemented the city festival, creating a family event that balanced tradition (music association, dance groups) with modern festival culture (party band evenings).
