Overview

The 2025 Altötting Tilly Market took place, as every year, on an October Sunday in the city center. Around 200 stalls lined the market route Neuöttinger Straße – Kapellplatz – Tillyplatz – Burghauser Straße – Bahnhofstraße, combined with the traditional Sunday shopping in the Altötting shops.

2025 Tilly Market in Altötting

In 2025, the Altötting Business Association also organized the Tilly Market in October. From 10 AM to 5 PM, around 200 stalls filled the city center, and from 1 PM, the Altötting shops additionally opened as part of Sunday shopping. Thousands of visitors from the Inn-Salzach region came to the pilgrimage town.

What Was Available for Purchase

As every year, the focus was on the classic assortment of a Bavarian autumn fair: traditional costumes, household goods, regional food, sweets, toys, seasonal items. The atmosphere around the Chapel of Grace and Tillyplatz was characterized by the typical mix of pilgrimage, market, and city life.
