Overview
The 28th edition of the Alt-Marzahn Harvest Festival took place in 2025, traditionally on the third weekend of September on the Alt-Marzahn Village Green. The 30th Environmental Festival was held concurrently with the Harvest Festival – an important step for environmental education in the district. The district's school garden competition "A School Garden to Bite Into" was again at the center. Three days of festival with a stage program, amusement rides, market stalls, folk ensembles, and family activities – free admission. The event has been one of the stable points of identification for the Marzahn district since the late 1990s.
The 2025 edition featured the classic triad of Harvest Festival, Environmental Festival, and school garden competition on the Alt-Marzahn Village Green. Opening on Friday afternoon, main program on Saturday and Sunday with amusement rides, market, and stage.
