Alt-Marzahn Harvest Festival and Environmental Festival

The 28th edition of the Alt-Marzahn Harvest Festival took place in 2025, traditionally on the third weekend of September on the Alt-Marzahn Village Green. The 30th Environmental Festival was held concurrently with the Harvest Festival – an important step for environmental education in the district. The district's school garden competition "A School Garden to Bite Into" was again at the center. Three days of festival with a stage program, amusement rides, market stalls, folk ensembles, and family activities – free admission. The event has been one of the stable points of identification for the Marzahn district since the late 1990s.
