Edition 2025 — Alchetaler Weihnachtsmarkt
Already in 2025, the Alchetaler Weihnachtsmarkt was revived after a multi-year break by the Schützengilde Alchetal and the Heimatvereine Trupbach and Seelbach. The event at the fire station struck a chord with the district and secured a permanent place in Trupbach's Advent calendar. The Lego building zone and the stand of the Siegen Animal Shelter were also crowd-pullers in 2025.
The 2025 revival was a complete success: hundreds of visitors from Trupbach, Seelbach, and the wider Siegen city area came together on an Advent Sunday to revive the format. The associations subsequently confirmed that the format would continue annually from 2025 onwards — the 2026 edition is the logical continuation.
Programme
Advent market at the fire station with crafts, mulled wine, Lego building zone, and association stands. Joint event by the Schützengilde Alchetal and the Heimatvereine Trupbach and Seelbach.
