Overview

The Aiblinger Pfingstvolksfest 2025 took place as usual for ten days around Whitsun on the Bad Aibling festival grounds. Festival host Fahrenschon served beer from Auerbräu Rosenheim, along with classic Bavarian specialties like roast chicken, pork knuckle, and grilled fish on a stick. The parade to kick things off, Family Day, and fireworks were again among the program highlights, with brass music accompanying the festivities daily.

Pfingstvolksfest 2025

The 2025 Whitsun edition once again celebrated Bavarian Volksfest tradition. The Fahrenschon festival tent was, as expected, full on weekend evenings; the Auerbräu festival beer flowed abundantly. The parade to kick off Pentecost, Family Day on Wednesday, and the fireworks on Thursday evening were the fixed highlights.

Atmosphere

In 2025, the festival remained a classic Bavarian Whitsun Volksfest with local roots. Traditional costume groups from Bad Aibling, Kolbermoor, Bruckmühl, and Rosenheim marched in together, and brass bands from the Mangfall Valley provided the musical accompaniment. People danced and celebrated in the festival tent, and on Sunday afternoon, the older generation traditionally met for the Seniors' Afternoon.
