Overview
The 2025 Ahrenshoop Literary Days opened their doors on the first weekend of October, from October 3rd to 5th, in the Strandhalle Ahrenshoop. Around 15 publishers presented new releases, backlist titles, and artist books with a thematic focus on literature from and about Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula, and the Baltic seaside resort of Ahrenshoop.
In addition to the book fair, author readings took place at various locations in the artists' village. The autumnal Baltic seaside resort with its galleries, guesthouses, and cafés offered an intimate setting for literary encounters. Participants included, among others, edition überland and numerous regional publishers.
