Overview

The Afrika Kulturtage 2025 took place from July 4th to 6th in the courtyard of the Kaiserpfalz Forchheim. The program included the main concert by the band Tribubu (Rumba-Afro-Folk fusion), solo performances by Mary Anibal and K'Daanso, an African bazaar, drumming and dance workshops, a special exhibition, and a children's program.

The Afrika Kulturtage Forchheim 2025 took place from July 4th to 6th in the courtyard of the Kaiserpfalz. The main concert on Saturday evening at 8 PM featured the international band Tribubu with their innovative Rumba-Afro-Folk fusion (members from Spain, England, and Ivory Coast). Additionally, there were solo performances by Mary Anibal (Friday and Saturday) and K'Daanso on Saturday. The accompanying program offered drumming workshops, group singing, storytelling by Jeliba, and cabaret magic by Daniel Burley, providing a diverse experience. A special exhibition titled "People in Africa – Tradition and Everyday Culture" showcased selected pieces from a private collection at the Pfalzmuseum.
