The 2025 edition of Afrika-Festival Böblingen once again brought thousands of visitors to Elbenplatz by the Oberer See. Live music from West Africa and the African diaspora, a bazaar with fabrics and crafts, plus Yassa, Mafé, and Bissap from the Dembadu kitchen.
Afrika-Festival Böblingen 2025
For three days in 2025, Böblingen once again celebrated the diversity of African cultures. The format of a live stage, market, and culinary offerings has proven successful for years and attracts an audience from the entire greater Stuttgart area.
The mix of concerts, dance performances, and quiet market moments made the festival in 2025 one of the friendliest open-air events in Böblingen's summer calendar.
