The Adventsmarkt on Taunusplatz in 2025 again took place in late November before the 1st Advent — around 30 exhibitors around the Caritas-Zentrum St. Franziskus offered Christmas gifts, Advent wreaths, mulled wine, and grilled food. A proven district tradition in northern Mannheim, organized by Caritas and the St. Franziskus parish community.
2025 Edition — Established Tradition
The 2025 Adventsmarkt took place in its established format on a Saturday before the 1st Advent. In wintery weather, district residents and visitors from neighboring Mannheim districts flocked to Taunusplatz. The market once again fulfilled its purpose: Advent atmosphere in the district, a meeting point, and charitable income for Caritas and the St. Franziskus parish community.
