Overview

The Christmas market in Mülheim's old town 2025 took place from November 28 to December 14 – 17 days of Advent at Pastor-Barnstein-Platz with a daily St. Nicholas visit. The 2025 edition continued the Mülheim old town tradition. Mulled wine, St. Nicholas, and arts and crafts in the historic neighborhood setting.

Tuesday to Friday 4–8 PM, Saturday and Sunday 2–8 PM, Monday closed – the opening hours allowed both working people to visit in the evening and families on weekends. St. Nicholas and angels were present daily from 5 PM, distributing cuddly toys to children. Arts and crafts featuring pottery, felt goods, wood carvings, and nativity figures, along with mulled wine, Feuerzangenbowle, potato pancakes, and almonds.
