Adventsfest am Forst- und Köhlerhof Wiethagen

The Adventsfest at Forst- und Köhlerhof Wiethagen also took place in 2025 during the pre-Christmas season. The historic Köhlerhof in the Rostocker Heide transformed into a cozy meeting place for families from the region.

Hunting horn blowers opened the festival day, a puppet theater entertained the children, and St. Nicholas paid a visit. Craftspeople offered Christmas goods, stock bread was baked on the campfire, and fresh baked apples came from the stone oven. Low German theater and gastronomy rounded off the festival, confirming the Adventsfest as a popular start to the Christmas season.
