Review: Advent in Uetersen 2025/2026
In the 2025/2026 season, the Interessengemeinschaft Handel und Gewerbe Uetersen e.V. once again transformed the pedestrian zone into an Advent experience mile. Illuminated huts with Christmas products, gift items, mulled wine, and roasted almonds characterised the city centre.
The traditional St. Martin's Day procession took place in November through the old town around Uetersen Monastery, while the high-quality Advent market opened in the Langes Tannen museum barn. Admission was free, as in subsequent years; open Sundays for shopping and special events accompanied the season.
