Overview

In 2025, the Advent der Nachbarn once again opened the Karlshagen beach forecourt on the last weekend of November. With craft stalls, mulled wine, a laser show, and Santa Claus, the event spread a cosy Advent atmosphere to kick off the season.

The 2025 edition of the Advent market continued the long-standing tradition of neighbourly Advent events in Karlshagen. Regional craftswomen and craftsmen presented their work, food stalls served hot drinks and winter pastries. The laser show in the evening was once again a crowd-puller.

Families from the Baltic Sea resort and surrounding communities used the weekend as a shared season opener. The municipality of Karlshagen drew a positive conclusion and announced its continuation for 2026. The market thus remains a firm fixture of the Inselglitzern in the Vorpommern-Greifswald district.
