The 706-Years Celebration Fürstenwerder took place in mid-June 2025 in the festival garden. As every year, residents celebrated the anniversary of the first documented mention from 1319 with a flea market, children's program, traditional food, and dancing in the evening.

706-Years Celebration 2025 — Review

In 2025, residents and guests gathered again at the traditional June date in the Fürstenwerder festival garden to celebrate the village's annual anniversary. The program followed the proven pattern: flea market by the primary school, cake bazaar by the school support association, bouncy castle and face painting in the morning, goulash cannon and grill station at lunchtime, FKK performance on the open-air stage in the afternoon, and a dance with a live band in the evening.

The Fürstenwerder Lake District in northern Brandenburg was again a popular reason in 2025 to combine the festival with a weekend getaway — many guests used the Sunday for hikes or bike tours in the little-known but scenically charming region.
